Harley’s Angels SMC is a club located in the urban area of Oakland, CA that provides a variety of services to the African American community. It is the mission of Harley’s Angels SMC to preserve the dignity and culture of a diverse African American community and to provide services to non-profit organizations through meaningful use of our skills and knowledge in volunteerism, while enjoying the world of motorcycles and promoting biker safety.
